Couple of Hyper Xanthic Hatchlings

Hi guys!

Just thought I would share a few photos of our first cluth of 2010 hatchlings. They are from the same two egg clutch and are Mack Snow Hyper Xanthics. They are less then two hours old in the photos and they hatched about 3 days apart.

Yup, you are right. The banded part through me off, but they are both indeed Mack Snow Hyper Xanthics!

Do you mean AXANTHIC as apposed to XANTHIC?....they are easy to confuse but mean entirely diffferent things...."xanthic" pertains to high amounts of yellow......"axanthic" mean very little, really no yellow.
Not trying to get too scientific or anything....but thought it was important to suggest the extreme differences in a word that sounds the same but is spelled differently....
Or maybe you meant what you said?....just sounded like maybe you had the two confused.....

Thanks again everyone! They are eating well and getting fat so once they start their color change I will take some more photos. Working on getting a vid of them as well.

I meant what I said =) I know the difference and exactly what you are talking about.

These are Hyper Xanthics. I should say they are Mack Snow Hyper Xanthics. I thought the one with the bands might have been a regular Hyper Xanthic but I was wrong on that. They are both Mack Snow Hyper Xanthics.

The parents were a Hyper Xanthic x Mack Snow Hyper Xanthic.

Hopefully new photos in a few weeks!!
