Ok, so I've recently upgraded my crested geckos.

There are 2 females in this 66 quart tub.

The tub has 3 full sized egg cartons (1 half to make sure the full ones don't slide), one large wall plant, water bowl, CGD bowl, and lay box. Is there anything else I should add? Should the lay box be larger? Or is the size ok? It's a 48 ounce tupperware that is 3 inches tall and 7 inches in diameter.

Whats with the egg cartons? These are crested geckos not crickets or roaches, you out to have another plant or two instead of that.

Actually, I don't think the cartons aren't really that bad. Only issue would be keeping the humidity stable. I hope you have enough egg cartons lying around.:D Cresties will have tons of hiding space. Once they get dirty, you can throw them out. I've seen many breeders use that method.

The dimensions of the laybox is fine but you might want to put some paper towels or newspaper on the bottom. Anything to help humidity levels. Are you planning on adding a male?

We use egg crate and plants in the small kritter keepers that our babies are each in. Anything disposable is great in my book!

I spray the enclosures daily to help with humidity. The lid is the standard lid that goes atop the tub, but part of the center is cut out, and I hotglued screen to it.

Should I take the lid off the lay box? I've read in several places where they prefer lidless layboxes. And yes I do have a male for this group coming soon. But These girls won't be breeding right now.

The egg cartons are to provide plentiful hiding places. It's cheap and easy. Throw away when dirty.
