crestie wont eat cgd out of dish

My crestie won't eat his cgd out of the dish. He will eat it off a spoon or off his branches if I smear it there. Any tips to make him eat out of the dish?

maybe your crestie doesn't like to rummage through the substrates for food. Suspend it's food 4-6 inches of the ground using:
A - one of the dishes with a suction cup at the end.
B - the dual magnetic styrofoam feeders.

These work great for my juvi's, they love to be off the ground and this provides.
