Crocodile Skink Babies

Our second Crocodile Skink has hatched.

The parents have laid another egg, so hopefully we will have another baby in about 6-8 weeks time.

I've seen some of these for sale on reptiles canada, was tempted but don't enough room for another large lizard. These guys are cute as hell though, would like to see the parents!

Very cool, I love skinks..these guys would be tempting since they don't need tons of space. To many neat reptiles out there *sigh*

I sooo agree! They're so expensive though. They were $120 each at the last expo.

Congrats on the babies. I've always liked these little guys, very "dinosaurian." Pretty easy to maintain as well.

Croc skinks aren't all that expensive. 120 is a bit on the high end, I've seen established imports for around 65. Compare that to oh say, Greater Rough Snouts or New Zealand Green geckos.
