Crossing snows

Are the snow lines like the albino lines in that they shouldn't be crossed?

Because I'm looking at females for next season and I'd really like to produce some super snows with Felix, but I can't find a Mack snow I really like. All of my faves are TUG snows...

Is it a really bad idea to cross them? If so, can someone recommend a Mack snow breeder?

its not a bad idea at all people have done it before. all the snows add up together make super snows anyway, so more power to yah. are you plan on breeding this season or next?

Well this season I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things. I have a Mack Snow who was bred to both a Normal and a SHTCT just because that's all I have. I'll probably end up selling the hatchlings as pets only.

Next season I'm breeding my SHTCT, Spike, to Jasper, a SHT poss het patty(my SEB present)
Felix, my Mack Snow to another snow
I'm *hoping* to get a patty to prove out Jasper
And I want an enigma, but I'm not sure what sex, or who it'll be paired with...any suggestions would be helpful

im working on pretty much the same thing. I'm gaga for Murphy patternless crosses of all sorts. So I'm going for the first snow/super snow ember, also ember enigma, and to just hatch out an ember.

in my opinion if you want to prove out that patty then you should get a snow patty just so you can have a good chance of hatching out a snow patty and if not you can atleast create a creamsickle which is pretty cool.

if you want to breed an enigma get an enigma snow het something and breed it to a snow het something of the same just so you can have a surprise of whatever hatches out.

I think my favorite enigma is a tang enigma, so I might be working with that next season. Cross it with Jasper. (looks like my new boy is going to be getting a lot of action next season to make up for this one lol)

also my female normal is het bell and tremper...if i bred her to another bell, and then bred her offspring to Felix is there a chance I could get a snowbell?

If Felix is bell or het for bell, then yes. Otherwise no.

Hm, well that's somewhat upsetting. He's not het for anything as far as I know.

So I'm looking at buying a female snow, a female (poss snow?) patty, and a female tang enigma (i think) for next season. I should probably just stop there and not worry about anything else until the season after

if hes not het thats ok because you can go for line breeding orange or just breed him to a snow or enigma. those are still good matches. you can still have a lot of fun with it

Khrysty, you dont need to prove him out cause i have a few females het patty he was with and will let you know. Im almost 100% sure he is tho, you can still buy one if you want they are a neat morph to add to any collection, thats y i kept one of my babys and have know plans for him just was my favoret out of my patty group i had.

I can tell you that a very nice Line Bred Snow x Mack Snow will yeild some very amazing results
