Day Geckos Won't Transition to Dubia Roaches

Hi!

So, To quote the local "Bug Lady," Crickets are ego killers. I'd like to switch my Day Geckos from Crickets to Dubia Roaches, because they are easier to keep, and die less. I've offered a few different sizes, all small enough, at the most eight at a time, about five times, in their regular food deli cup, and the most they've (I have a pair) eaten was four total in a day. This weekend I put in just four, and they ate zero. I put in four fresh ones the next day, and they ate zero. No other food was available to them on these days. Also, their viv is very full of plants, substrate, etc., and I don't want left-over crickets to bite them. Advice?

I do leave crickets in with my day geckos and have had no problems. Are the dubias visible or do they burrow? Some geckos are just picky about what they're eat. The only advice is to either keep trying or give up and go with crickets.
