I don't know any of you all, but just to tell you all how exciting I am that I might have a chance to go to THE DAYTONA! YEAH!

Got my visa approved yesterday, took me 1 minute to get approved after 3 hours waiting :main_rolleyes: I guess 8 years in Texas with no record helps me get my torist visa(previously I got student visa & working visa) Lucky those 15 or more speeding/parking/stop sign ticket is not on record lol

I'll know by next week that I can go or not though, depends on the arrival date of my next shipment. I can't just left them animals in the box for 6-7 while I'm in the US

Anyone wants anything from Thailand? WC Tokay gecko(that will bite your head off)anyone? anyone?

I know GKO is close and mentioned before something about bringing the grill, but I might be wrong and apologize if I am. We would be willing to pick a cheap one up or something down there and bring it if need be. It should be a fun time, we just need to exchange phone numbers through email or something so that everyone is in contact with everyone else. Just a thought.

Have we set a location as of yet for a cook out or are we just hoping to have room on the beach near the hotel?

Do we have a rough head count yet also, because buying too little or way to much would be a bummer. How are we going to work out the food/ beverage deal anyway.

I am sure the cookout on the beach will be behind the Hilton somewhere, as I am sure that is where most of the breeders will be. Not sure as far as a head count, just know that it seems as if it is going to be a bunch. I am sure one of us can go get what we need then split it however many ways (depending on the head count). We'll get it finalized in the next three weeks I am sure, Wow, 3 weeks!!

Hey guys, will everyone be in Daytona Friday night? If so, I was hoping everything could get together Friday evening after setup, for a cookout on the beach or a get together at a restaurant. Our wedding anniversay is Saturday so if my wife is cool enough to go check out geckos with me on our anniversary then atleast I can take her out to eat that night, lol. Shes awesome.

Ive been wanting to go to the "BIG Daytona Show" FOREVER so Ill finally be there this year. I live close ...sort of..Pending on what I drive I could bring...somthing. Ugh... don't remind me. lol After FINALLY getting everything [and everyone] moved to Texas, I can't wait to box up 300+ geckos and drive them 1,200 miles to Florida. [/sarcasm] If I wasn't looking forward to meeting so many people, I'd probably say 'forget it.' :main_laugh:

We look forward to meeting you there Paul, I can't wait these next three work days are probably going to be the longest of my life. We will be down there around midnight or so on Thursday, so if anyone gets in early just give me a shout, and I am pretty familiar with the area so I might be able to be a help.
