Hey all! I was just wondering something....I know tons of people are interested in getting together for dinner the nights that Daytona will be here. I thought maybe I could organize the dinners? Matt and I won't be vending so I thought it would be easy for us to organize the dinners to take the stress off of everyone vending...Since I organized the SS game, I think it may be easy for me to do this too.

I know Daytona's awhile away but I want to give everyone a chance to vote on food and stuff. Do you all think this is a good idea?

I put it in General Discussion because I want everyone who's going to see it.

I think that would be pretty cool, I know last year it was a last minute thing, we did call ahead seating at Aunt Catfish, then it was time for everyone to start contacting everyone else to tell them the time, place and directions to get there, lol. Then we ended up with more than we did the call ahead for, we was just lucky it wasn't a big deal, just crammed some chairs in at the table and had a good time, it was great!!!

Thats cool.. Last year was the first time I heard of the Expo and was dying to go this year but those plans dont seem to be going anywhere..

Sweet! So, I was thinking of looking for restraunts around the expo area and then making a poll to see which one is the most popular. We will be voting for Friday night and Saturday night. So, I dunno if I can have a multipul poll or if I have to have two threads.

I was also thinking of having a deadline kindof thing for the voting? So, I can call the restaruants about a week ahead and give them a heads up of how many people will be eating there.

So, I will need from the voters this info: Your cell number and the amount of people that will be eating.

Sound ok?

Matt and I will be at the show on Friday and Saturday so we can also get in last minute people there (although I'd rather not). And I will call the place where we will eat that day just to give them a current number of people who will be eating there.

You can all actually start PMing meif you want. I've already got a PM from Chris. So, I will be keeping records of who wants to go

This is what I need:
Your name, how many people, your cell#, and what day(s) you're going to dinner (fridayand/or saturday).

I will be researching for some places to eat in the area later tonight with Matt.

I'm so excited to get to see you all in August! I think I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting my friends on here more than I am for the actual show. lol.
