Does my gecko look healthy?

I recently rescued a leopard gecko from someone that hadn't been feeding them properly, or even regularly for that matter. She was quite skinny from what I gathered doing some research online. I did read online that once they gain some weight, they should in their tail also. I have noticed that she has gained weight since we took her in, but I dont think her tail has gotten much bigger like her body has. I am new to everything related to leopard geckos...so I was just wondering if anyone thought her size was normal or if im doing anything wrong. I think i started to freak out because i read something about them sometimes getting impacted. She eats mainly crickets and mealworms. (With the vitamin powder) And the occasional wax worm as a treat. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. I attached pictures if her as well. ..plz dont judge her enclosure, as I am currently fixing her a 40 gallon one so she can live her best life.lol (This is the one we received her in)

The tail is a bit thin but I don't think it looks that bad. What is the planned substrate for her new enclosure?

Ive noticed now that she's kind of lethargic tonight...wont really move around like usual. She has been laying in the same spot for a minute now since i checked on her and she hasnt picked her head up..something just dont seen right with her.

The excavator stuff is good but remember that it's heavy and you have to be able to provide heat. If you're worried about her and she's new to you consider making a "check up" appointment with a reptile vet.
