While searching the forum I was looking for various temps for temp sexing, and I was thinking that it'd be a good idea to have all of the temps on one thread...cause I found a few holes in what was out there. So, those who have a lot of experience with different temps. Here's what I was hoping for

temp______#days at temp______Female/Male/Mix

80
81
82
83
84
85
86
87
88
89
90

This is one thing I don't have in my records and since there's always new people joining up and new breeders out there, I figured it'd be good to have it all in 1 place.

it would be interesting but when you start to get to the 85 or so you can get either or and the number of days they will hatch is not exact. also just cuz you incubate at X temp does not mean you will always get that sex. so i think a chart like this would be hard and possibly inconsistent from person to person

that's why I want multipe answers, that way we'll be able to establish a range on the days...and when the temps make it not a deffinate it can just show the majority will be 1 sex, but also note that there is a possibility of a mix.

I'm trying to find an average range on the days mostly, not an exact day that they would hatch

Now i wanna know your secret to hatching females at 34 days at 81-82 temps?? Better check your thermostat or maybe you mixed that up.

Hey Bret,

Don't you risk getting hot females at 91?

No i dont think it is a risk bc more than likely it will be male,
i still think i am ahead if i get 1 really nice male from the 91degree temp and 1 hot female, rather than getting an ok looking male at 86 degrees.

I am looking to replace my male SHTCTB (deco) from A&M Geckos this Next Year from his off spring!
Here is his Pic!
