Well my first issue of denting/sweating... other batch of eggs were fine the night before then the next day boom, babies.. these i checked lastnight and denting and sweating. it's weird but everytime i take them out to check on them they swell back up. moisture isn'ta problem in there, but i added a few more drops to it all just incase. Is this normal? shold i pop them? were they fine and me taking the eggs out have hardened the shells agai and now the baby can't get out?

Hmmm I would leave them alone. If there is plenty of humidity in the container you shouldn't have to add any more water. Fingers crossed!

PS. I hatched another Diablo Blanco today!

I have had it both ways: some are fine and suddenly there are babies and some have dented and shriveled for days, sometimes nearly a week and then hatched. The babies will be able to get out if they are strong enough to survive. I know it's hard, but just watch them and be patient. You'll have more babies soon.

so it is normal for some to dent up and sweat for a while? that's all i was wanting to know i thought it was the humidity because when i'd take them out to candle they'd plump back up, but that's negating my thinking as the room has low humidity but last i checked they were still movign around quite actively just they're starting to cave in a bit was excited they were about to hatch they've still got 12 days but the others hatched with still 9 days left so hard to tell, i know they're about ready either way.

I'm in the same boat. i have an egg that has been sweating since last tuesday. i've been very anxious about this egg for its a BSB egg ( not a super dooper morph but i'm excited for it ) and i've only hatched out 4 so far this year. Alot of unfertile eggs out of that group for some odd reason. First year breeder females might be the cause oh well.

When I had eggs that sweat, they were infertile and I saw that as a sign as funk and then decided to toss them. I would candle them hoping to see some growth and didn't see anything in them, and when they finally started to sweat I would give up, this was generally after 3-4 weeks they started to do that.
So I guess candle them and see if anything is in there.
