My female just laid her first clutch at 8am this morning. I left her be as I was getting ready for work and she still had not covered them yet, so I figured they were freshly laid. When I got home for lunch I uncovered them and placed them into the incubator, but they were really really soft. I do not ever remember my female's eggs last year ever being that soft, although I was normally taking the eggs out of her moist hide 8 or more hours after she laid them.
So I am thinking duds, but will leave them in the incubator until they begin to mold.
What do you guys think, duds, as it is her first time laying eggs or I just moved them earlier then I am use to and they are just soft from laying?
