So, I have a lay box in the terrerium for my leos... however they have managed to lay their eggs everywhere but in there. They will go in dig, sleep but I have found eggs in their other hide, in the water bowl, just randomly on the ground... Should I just leave them be, or am I doing something totally wrong?!?!
Thanks!

Another reason they will lay outside the box is if their is excrement in there or if it doesn't suit their desired conditions (too dry or humid, etc.). I would try replacing the substrate in there and ensuring it remains clean and moist. If you know they are getting close to laying you can remove the other items to reduce chances of eggs going bad (mainly water dish). Then again, they are animal and will do whatever they want and don't always need a reason.

Ok, I will change the substrate in the lay box. Have vermiculite in there now, and they just toss it all out, wander around in it and then lay the eggs in other places.
I have had a few eggs that were infertile, but a few look pretty good and have been in the incubator a couple of weeks now. Thanks for the advice!

I have had good luck with coco fiber. When the gecko looks as if it's ready to lay (check belly for big eggs) you could keep putting her in the lay box. As a last resort, you could set up a smaller enclosure that's all substrate so it's one big lay box.
