Here's a new one I haven't seen before:
Ideally the SIMS have condensation on the sides of the container. My row of eggs that is nearest the container sides is touching the wall which means the eggs are in direct contact with the condensation. Is this OK? If it means the eggs are getting too wet, I could put one of the rods flush up against the side of the container which would probably keep the eggs about a millimeter away from the container sides. Is this an issue for anyone else?
