Encounter! Sighting! Alien!!

But seriously, I think my amyae Sparta looked like an alien when he stand on his wood:

Retreating to his "safe zone" - on top of his humid box (he goes to sit there everytime when we walk near him):

Since I never saw them during daytime, I lifted their hides to take a couple normal colored pics yesterday:

You're all seeing my levis as much as I do...because he's in his burrow 99% of time. I lifted his lid and managed to snap 3 pics until he started waving his tail, then I had to put his lid back asap!! LOL

lol, isn't that just the life! A gecko that never has to see his owner, but yet his owner has paid for him, and gives him free food on a regular basis, and cleans up after him... so i ask... who is REALLY getting the enjoyment here...?!?!?! lmao

LOL, that's life! Whoever has the cutest face is the boss I guess. My husband just complained recently that he wasn't able to see the levis at all, so I showed him the pics yesterday and he was delighted to see Jil is doing well!

p.s. I don't see him feed too! See the lower right corner in the above pic - that's his large food bowl; I put 3 crickets in there before I sleep and he'll eat them overnight when no one's around.
