I'm pretty sure some people do but of course tell the buyer ahead of time. You can't forget that some don't show any signs while the breeder has them and then one day after the buyer has them they just start spinning.

They usually grow out of it, when theres bright lights they get stressed because there so sencitive to it and it can cause head tilt's and spin's.

I just posted a thread about this a day or so ago...I have an enigma who's a year old from a very well known, well liked, experienced breeder...purchased her in January and have had no problems at all with her, and suddenly out of the blue she just started doing the "spinning, spasms & head tilt"...it was so extreme, I was disturbed enough to consider calling the breeder and asking him for some advice, but just as quickly as it surfaced, it disappeared about 4 hours later.

I too, have been told that it's usually brought on by stress, I just haven't figured out the "stress factor" that brought it on here at MY house. I know Kelli and somebody else, I forget who, has a thread about a few who passed away that were sent off for a lot of extensive physiological testing. I'm curious to see how that pans out.
