Ethical question

I have a female that developed a medical problem shortly after breeding (looks like a huge tumor, haven't been to a vet to confirm, though). One of her eggs hatched today. He looks completely healthy. Do you think it's ethical to sell him without disclosing his mother's problems? If not, how would I go about telling a potential buyer about that?

Go to the vet. Confirm a diagnosis for the mother. Then decide what to do with and about the offspring based on the specifics of the mother's condition.

You're making this post because you already have some doubts about not telling your buyers. There are a lot of caring people that adopt leopard geckos and I think being honest about the mother's problem is the best way to go. You'd hate to see your leo go to someone who wasn't aware of a problem and wasn't able to care for it if the problem did arise in the offspring.
Honesty really is the best policy. Both for your leo and your "trusting" customers.

Mother and son went to a new home yesterday. Mom's new owner knows about her special needs and is willing to care for and NOT breed her again. Son's new owner knows about mom's problems and will be watching to see if he develops any himself. Thanks so much for your advice.
