Our Leo is 15 months old and she's a pet, not a breeding gecko. We feed her crickets and I always feed her every day. However, she doesn't eat them every day! She may have one or two on one day and up to 7-8 on other days and some days she shows no interest whatsoever. We've got used to her habits now so it's not a worry (she usually slows down her eating when she comes around to shedding time). I basically keep putting the crics in one by one until she loses interest.

I'd love to just place some mealies in a bowl and let her help herself whenever she wants (which would be easier for me) but she hasn't taken to mealies yet but I may try again some other time.

At the moment, I really enjoy feeding her and watching her stalk the crics. Sometimes I have fun helping by chasing the crickets into her general direction if they manage to get away from her. Together we're really good cric hunters!

We actually feed everyday but only feed half the brood. We have it broken down by age, and type of eater. Adults and some juvies get fed one night and the rest get fed the other night. Babes under 15 grams get fed every night.

We used to feed the whole gang each night, but it began to take over three hours. ):

WOW... we feed every three days! BUT this decision has come from a few years of figuring out the most effective way to feed the amount of geckos we have. We have never had a gecko go without food -- meaning, even when we feed every 3 days, we have never come across a gecko with a completely empty bowl. Our hatchlings however get checked a few times per day and are given more food when needed.

We basically have 3 systems set up. One for breeders, one for 'for sale sub adults' and one for hatchlings. When a gecko is born they go in the hatchling rack. Here they are fed less food more often to ensure that they are eating properly and this also makes it easier to track their eating habits. Then, when they reach a certain size they are moved to the sub adult racks where they are fed more less often because they have already established good eating habits. If and when a gecko finally gets moved to the breeder rack, they are already an adult and get calcium and other supplements in every dish they have! We used to feed every day but it just got to be too hectic. Then we moved to every other and the mealies just kept dying or it was pointless because they still had a ton of food.
...wow sorry, that was a lot longer than I thought it would be!

.......I guess it depends on the size of your project! :)

Like everyone else said, it depends.

Babies - every night
Adults - every other night

We feed ours crickets and a bowl of mealworms. Our 4 month old Leo is ridiculously hungry all the time, so the 10-15 small/medium crickets and 15-20 large mealies in one night doesn't last at all. :p

I keep a full dish of 10 mealies everyday, but then again i have one gecko. Lets her eat when necessary and I don't have to worry about not feeding her.

Feeding Schedule

The babys are fed every day with crickets and they have a bowl of mealworms which they usually eat.

The adults are fed every other day with crickets and they have a bowl of mealworms which they might eat one or two.

If I try to feed the adults every day then, they just look at the crickets and do not eat them.

Mine refuse to eat every day. For that matter, mine occasionally refuse to eat every other day (which is what I aim for). I offer food to them until they eat if they don't eat for a feeding, and mine will sometimes refuse food for three or four days before finally digging in.
She gets mostly superworms, and occasionally crickets or waxworms. They also had koolaid once, but that's a very long story.

Same here. I try feeding every other day, but sometimes they are still full.

I feed my guys as much as they want of supers... and they usually let me know when they are not hungry and when they are. So it's usually maybe every 2 to 3 days.

Babies/Juvies when I had one got fed every day.

Plus meallies in a dish

I feed everyday, although like some people have stated, mine don't always want to eat everyday. I also have two that will only eat crickets and two that will eat anything. I don't keep food in there all the time, although i do keep calcium in there all the time.
