everyone sick and I'm freakin out!!!!!

my brother, his wife and my sister all came down to visit, they all are or were throw upy sick........... my greatest fear in the entire world, i'd let a spider crawl on mytongue and in my ear before I'd take on being sick it's scares me to no end, I'm seriously close I having melt Down and screaming I feel like I'm in a terrible terrible nightmare and I can't escape it's inevitable my pending doom and all I can do is cry and shake and not eat which probably doesn't help but I can't get sick I just can't!!!!!!! I'd rather drive a nail through my hand than throw up, I wouldn't throw up for any amount of money, I'm turning germaphobic as we speak, I'm flipping and I don't know what to do except write and "vent" my fear...... I should write a will, if I Haley, get sick I bestow my leos toooo

You will be fine, the more you think and and worry about it the more likely you will catch what they have.

Stress weakens the immune system more than anything.

stressing over it won't change a thing, its wasted energy. Why would they all come to visit you if they knew thy were sick? lol if any of my family or even friends were comin to visit me and i new they were sick id say no way, your not coming over like that. But i know they wouldn't anyway.

lol i don't know, drink plenty of tea/ preferably green(its full of antioxidants that boost immune function) and just try to ride it out i guess.

awesome thanks guys , oh and well my sister flew in my Washington state and my brother an hour away needed to get her here and bring the baby and couldn't leave sick mommy behind so she came, my brother got sick and then my sister and everyone was complaining of not feeling good, good thing though is it's just a 24 hrs virus.. so if I catch it I think I'll be okay .... no stress

Make sure you get lots of fresh air into your house or get out the house alot as deises(sorry I'm having a very bad spelling day D8) tend to spread indoors more.

Actually Airborne does work, when taken at the right time. My sister is a middle school teacher and swears by the stuff. She takes it when she feels even a little cold coming on, and it's helped her many times. It's not a cure all, but simply an immune system boost.

Good luck Haley! Just like Darren said, try and not freak out about it. I have a VERY strong immune system and rarely get sick (it's been 3 years since I've caught anything...knock on wood!) but when I get overly stressed out is when I DO get sick. Just try and wash your hands as often as possible. Are you sure it's not like food poisoning?
