Im really sorry for having to make another thread for the remaining close up photos. It would be a bit off if I will post them on the other thread bacause it is now on page 3. Hope you will forgive me on this.

First of all, thanks for all the kind comments. Im glad you enjoyed the images. :)


Very nice! I was wondering how many shots does it normally take to get one that nice?

- I take about 2-3 images then check my LCD for the sharpness and focus. If I did it right the first try, then I would let the gecko relax and go to the next one. It took me about 10 shots to get the Snow Enigma's eye.


Please tell me what lens or camera you have. Those are good shots.

- Having a reverse lens set-up means you are going on full manual. Shutter speed, flash control, ISO and manual adjusting the aperture ring on the lens. Im using a Nikon D7000, reverse ring BR-2A, and the Nikkor 28-70 3.5-4.5AF. Remember, the wide end of 28mm means that in reverse, it would give you the maximum close-up ratio.
