Sometimes it's the amount of people that complain that will finally get it noticed. If others compained before you. I'm not sure who in your state regulated exotics, or pet shop licesnure, but in PA. it's the USDA who does Kennel licenses so if you need help finding out the rest let me know. I'm one heck of a researcher

I'm glad to hear that you tried. He must have passed away with happy last memories as he had a great person trying to make him better

That poor little thing suffered so much but at least had a good last few days, and thanks to you, he found compassion. Sad as it is to lose an animal, please try to be happy for him in that he was able to pass in peace and love. He wouldn't have had that without you.
