Eye Pigmentation In Leopard Geckos

This is a very good thread on eye pigmentation in leopard geckos that my friend Matt over at Sasobeks World Of Reptiles has written and he gave me permission to link it here as I believe it is one of the most impressive articles on eye pigmentation. It not only tells about eye pigmentation but patterns and genetic history of his geckos and many different morphs. I know it is long but I strongly suggest that everyone reads it as it is very informative!

Chris I have nothing against Matt and as what Michael said the past is the past. I dont care if you are the most hated person in the world if you write something informative or have knowledge of something I think sharing it is better than keeping it all to yourself.
Not trying to start a bashing thread here just trying to spread some knowledge! Im leaning towards hes really bored though hahaha

I just discussed this with Matt after he decided to text me when he was alerted of this. LOL! Gecko drama at its finest! People egos are so easily bruised in the gecko world.

Chris, I was just putting it out there... Not directed at anybody... Just that I have come to see he is a great person and is an asset to the online leo community... Just like Kelli for creating GeckoForums! Just like Brittney for her work design breeders websites! People who 'bring it big time' like these three are going to have their 'haters' and they will have their 'die hard' supporters... We as a community need to put these qualms aside and find credence in each other...

I must say I am not talking to anyone behind the 'scenes' about this nor do I have a premeditated purpose posting this... It is coming from the heart... I just feel a tension whenever something like this [cross forum posting or whatever] happens... It shouldn't have to be like this... Don't you agree? None of these people are monsters... We all love our animals, have families, friends that we love and we all show compassion in our own way... There is more common ground than we let ourselves know...

I agree with everything you said Michael and after speaking extensively with Matt last night, he knows exactly how I feel as well. Everyone has an opinion about the guy, but it doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things. He's very successful at what he does as is Kelli and Britt. What went down with them on this forum in the past is exactly that....the past. Take care.
