I think I'll sell her Raptor sister at the Wheaton show on July 10th and keep Adi as a holdback. Her sister has two solid eyes. But I'm a fan of snake eyes :main_yes:

Beautiful raptor!

I really hope I can make it to Wheaton Sunday. I'm going to Warped Tour Saturday, so I'm not sure I'll want to get up and drive Sunday morning. If I do show up, I'll stop over and say hi. :)

Hey Marr,
I only incubate for females! If I happen to get a male by mistake, I'll let you know, but it doesn't occur very often.

Hi Toby,

Ever tried to bribe your human lady with chocolates? :main_laugh: Works the same way with geckos; just try waxworms instead :main_yes: Marzie will get to love you yet. Geckos feel the vibrations when you enter a room. I learned not to stomp like an elephant when I stormed into my living-room, because as soon as I did, there was a big hustle and bustle, and my geckos fled into their caves and in their hiding places. As I tip-toe through my room now, they come out, and when I switch on the TV at night, they are glued against the glass trying to see something, too :p Marzie is still a juvie; those are skittish for a while. When she gets older, she'll be more trusting and will want to come on your hand more often than you like and have time for!!! I still have some geckos who rush into their holes as soon as I switch on a light, but then when nothing happens to them, they become curious and their little heads reappear. It might be foody time! :main_laugh:

Tried to get her waxworms. When I bought them at Petsmart. I brought them home and put them on the door of my mini fridge I bought for her stuff. Unfourtunatly I think they all froze to death. When I open the container none of them are moving. Do you have to let them warm up like mealies????

I never put waxworms in the fridge. Big waxworms don't eat anymore and don't need food to sit in, like mealworms do. I leave them in their box with egg carton to sit on. If I use them up within two weeks, they won't make a cocoon and become moths. Yours probably froze. You'll notice when they turn brown after a few hours. Then, they're really dead and stink terribly when you touch and smear them!! If they're still white, they're not dead, just in a sort of cold coma. Warm them up and keep them at room temp. They can stay in their saw dust cup if you bought them that way at a pet store. They don't need wheat bran or any vegetables or so.

Try just keeping them at room temperature--somewhere where your kids can't get to them!! Have you ever seen the post on here where one guy made the famous "slurry" in a mixer for a sick gecko (speak: he blended mealworms, eggs, calcium, baby food, waxworms, or whatnot), and his son found it in the fridge and drank it, and said, "daddy, your smoothie tastes funny!!!" :p:main_evilgrin:
