Feeding/Supplement Question: How Does This Sound?

Okay, I'm relatively new to leos, but how does this feeding/supplementation schedule sound for my adult leos?

Monday- 8 or so adult crix dusted with Herptivite
Wednesday- 8 or so adult crix dusted with Calcium w/ D3
Friday- 8 or so adult crix dusted wtih Calcium w/ D3

No feeding Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Dish of pure calcium provided at all time?

Please tell me if there are any changes I should make or if there is a better plan.

What would the numbers be per feeding if I use meal worms?

Just watch how much D3 you introduce into your leos diet.
Herptivite has D3 in it, your calcium has D3 in it. You will be giving 3 doses of D3 a week. In my opinion it is way too much D3 being forced into your pets.

D3 is a fat soluable vit and an over accumulation can happen. This can cause a multitude of issues and health risks. This is especially true in reptiles due to their slower metabolic rate.

I would get a calcium supplement without D3. Use it as a daily calcium in a dish. Dust you feeders with vits once a week and dust fedders with the calcium with D3 1 to 2 times a month.

Also, do not limmit your leos feedings to 3 days a week. Every leo is different. Some will eat every day and maintain a perfect body weight.

Sorry it took so long for me to see this, my computer's been out for a while. Thanks so much. I'll do that.
So basically feed them as much as they want to eat as long as they maintain a healthy body wait?
