Feeding

Hi all,

I have a couple of questions,

1. How much should I be feeding my 7 month old Leo? I currently feed him 4-5 medium locust everyday, is this to much?

2. How do you keep your live food? I currently have them in small tubs with veggies and fruit, but catching them to feed to my Leo is a nightmare, any suggests would be great.

You should feed a gecko that age as much as it will eat. It probably only needs to be fed 2-3 times a week. If you keep some egg crate in the locust enclosure, you can pick up the egg crate and shake the locust into a larger container.

Depends on the Leo it is common for them to be picky and randomly stop eating a certian insect but I have one who has done that and one that hasn’t so just depends on the lizard
