I've had 3 clutches so far this season...the 2nd clutch is due to hatch any day now and my 3rd clutch is about 15-20 days in... I had Annie (my female) out today and it seemed to me like she was ovulating again. Well, low and behold Arson (my male) was "in the mood" tonight...and she just wasn't having any of it. He's tried 3 times already today, the poor guy. She just runs away.

This is a female that has NEVER given me an infertile egg in the time I have had her. (See my avatar- knock wood) Maybe she just has a headache tonight? LOL? I was hoping on getting one more clutch out of this season...

Well that is a bummer. I guess all you can do is try her tomorrow. We all have days, when... Well you know...

She is a very pretty gecko though.

Thank you all for your advice (and compliment) :)...I will try again later tonight...Somehow my undertank heater got unplugged yesterday and I think that may have had something to do with it. Thanks again.

We tried again today...all is now well in the leo-lovin' world. :) She was receptive tonight...for about 30 seconds, and then bolted... but hey, if that's all it takes...

My female was the same way. She was a first timer though. I gave her 3 days, put them together and they did it 3 times. One doesnt count since he did it on the wrong side lol.
