how do you know all the different ones? Or do you just have to know the breeder..

When I post the pics will you guys be able to help me out?

I guess the story is he was a breeder and was retired, the breeder gave him to her kid and she could no longer care for him...

He isnt the best handled. VERY squirmy. switches hides all day today.

the temp was at 89.7 on the warm side 76.2 on the cool side.

My bearded dragons were like "WHOA, whats the deal here"!!!

After looking at geckos on here for awhile, you eventually get to know the different morphs. There are also many morph guides floating around on the 'net. I am sure someone will be able to identify your leo and help you :)

He's housed alone, right?

As for the sand, you really should get that out right away.. just toss it all out, it's not good for them anyway. You can give him paper towels for the time being :main_yes:

yes, he is alone...He is my only. Isnt even in the same room as my BD's and I already made him his own cricket tub while he is Destressing. Yeah, sand is terrible. I have some home improvements to do. I had an empty tank but I bought a German Giant Beardie baby so, unfortunately I had to keep him in his tank that he cam with. He never has had Mealies..only cricks. I fed him a Phoenix worm tonight and i thnk if he could talk he would have cussed me out :)

You'll have to post some pics of your beardies too! There's a beardie section if you haven't already seen it..

I threw a pic up in the BD section...

I just went in there to check on him (my daughter says his name is prince charming..thinks he is "freaky" but loves him!

Anywho, he was lurking around so i threw 4 cricks in and that was enjoyable watching him hunt..he put down 2 and is stalking the other 2...pretty neat!

LOL :)

Yeah, they are really fun to watch when they hunt. I remember when I got my first leopard gecko, I listerally sat and watched her for like 4 hours lol
Sometimes they will wiggle their tails when hunting too, it's the cutest thing
