Finding blood in my leopard gecko tank

I have a leopard gecko and about once a month I have been finding blood in my geckos food bull. I checked my tank for sharp objects but I cant seem to find what the problem is. could anyone possibly have help?

How much blood? Sometimes a gecko may be straining when they're pooping and a little blood comes out. Are they pooping near their food bowl? I've seen small amounts of blood a few times in a leopard gecko cage and not found anything significant on any of the geckos, but there have been no further problems.

It was not that much blood and my leopard Gecko dose poop by the food bowl so I think you are right thanks a lot for your help.
