Looks like the stance to me, it's bearing weight on it so I doubt it's gimpy.

Yes it is, the 2nd Hypo-Tangerine's leg is facing inward instead of outwards.

It has been like this since it borned so I quite don't know why it's happen like this and how to treat it ... if anybody have any suggestion please advise me it will be appreciate me that.
