First hatchling of 2011!

wasn't expecting her until another week or so, but a little RAPTOR was cruising around in the tub when i checked eggs this morning. tried to get a pic of her beautiful eyes, but she wasn't having it. i have a feeling they are all about to start hatching very soon...

Yes, he is a stay at home dad lol!

heh, yeah sorta. and after getting a closer look at this baby, i realize she might not be a raptor. saw those bright red eyes and got a little too excited. not seeing much if any white on her nose right now, but we will check her again after her first shed. either way, we are happy to have her. she was from a RAPTOR x HC Tremper het RAPTOR pairing.

haha, yeah, cept im thinking now she's not a raptor. no white on her nose. tail is banded so im thinking she's just gonna be a nice tremper het raptor.
