First Time Breeder/Leo Owner

First of all, I was wondering what yall think of my first leo I got at Repticon(sorry the pic is a little blurry)...Would he be considered hypo tangerine carrot tail?? I was interested in breeding him and was wondering what morph would be best to breed with him? If I wanted to accentuate the tang. color would a SHTCT female be a good mate?? Any help would be great. thanks

yup its a hypo tangerine with a good carrot tail on it. and yeh i suppose an SHTCT would be a good pairing. though these are all line bred traits so its uncertain exactly how the offspring will look. You could if you want get a mack snow or enigma, and breed to them as they are co-dominant. so you would make some slightly hypo mack snows. or a tangerine-y enigma.

I would also call him hypo tang carrot tail but some people may not because he's not an even orange all over and the orange tail at the base has some black spots. Hopefully we won't get any more pictures of tangerines posted.

I'd say he's got enough orange to be classified as a tang. Definately Hypo carrot tail. I would recommend a nice SHTCTB female to cross him with if you are going for color.
