first time breeder with a few questions

Hey guys, this is my first breeding season and I have a few questions.

I'm using a SIM with Hatch Rite, am I using enough in the picture? If not, how would be the best way of adding more without disturbing the eggs too much?

When the first eggs were laid, I used a Hovabator for the first few days and it wasn't holding a very steady temperature. It would go from 81-85. I've since moved them into the Thinkgeek mini-fridge. Will the temperature variance in the first few days pose a problem?

One of the eggs is a little dented, and is smaller and not as "egg-shaped" as the others. There is no smell or fungal growth around the egg. Is this egg a lost cause or might it be viable?

Hey Omally,
When using the SIM container, the substrate should be filled to the fill line... Thats why we put it there...

Adding new/more substrate will not be an issue... Carefully romove the grid with eggs and all by using the two loops on either side of the grid... Add the substrate and the carefully place the grid with the eggs on it back into the container... Close it up and you are all set...

Good luck and post pics when those eggs hatch!!!
