He's great! What is his background? How big is he?
He may be biting because he smells his arch enemy around, the cat! You may want to try to keep the cat as far away from your leos as possible. His fear-biting should subside. Handle him as much as possible and let him ride on your back so he can have fun as well as handling. This works great for difficult leos.
