For those who don't think geckos can bite...

This isn't about geckos but it reminds me of what happened to my brother who's a vet. He was treating a cat and I think he was alone one evening at the clinic. The cat bit him and hit an artery. He had to call his wife to come over and help so he could finish with the cat and keep pressure on his hand.

OUCH!!!! My husbands giant male loves to bite me but he doesn't draw blood. He more or less loves to pinch. He will be on our bed and go for any skin that he sees on me. I am glad that my 134 gram male doesn't like to bite ( knock on wood)....I saw the chunck that he took out of one of our poor females!

WOW, I'm glad I haven't had any serious bites (touch wood). The closest thing I ever experienced was when Marly mistaken my hand as a female, and he grabbed and hold on to my hand for about 6-7 minutes...only 2 tiny drop of blood, doesn't hurt at all. But the fact that he doesn't let go was a bit scary.
