Gecko feeding..

Ok. I had 2 gecko that I thought were healthy and fine. One unexpectedly passed away a few weeks ago, so I cleaned the cage, switched to paper towels etc. My living gecko at that time would eat voraciously. Now I can't get her to touch any type of food. She watches crickets crawl by her, she doesn't take interest in mealworms. I figured maybe she was adjusting to the change, so I've given her time but this is her third shed without eating and she's getting thin. Suggestions?

Yes, your gecko isnt grieving - its probably sick with what ever your other gecko died of.

Hi Aliza,

I am a pre-vet student, and I took a look at their fecal samples shortly after the other died. I of course want to do another one, but without any food intake there has not been any waste...
