Gecko Not Eating Easily

My crested gecko, Dusty, has always been a bit of a pain to feed. Always had to be hand fed, and when she didn't want food there's nothing I could do about it. But she is different now, she is thin (not dangerously, but thinner than I would want) and SHOULD be hungry (when she was fed a day or two late before she would eat a meal quickly) but she won't eat quickly or easily. She eats treat food much easier, but obviously I really don't want to feed her treat food, and even treat food is harder than usual.
Two weeks ago she had diarrhea, but I had fed her water like food the time before so that wasn't a mystery. But now she is very slow with eating and doesn't really want to eat. All other behaviors are normal.
Our house is a bit colder than usual (65 ish, rarely lower) so could that be part of it?

I think you need to take her to the vet. Remind me how long you've had her and where you got her from.

I've had her close to two years, and from a reptile expo. From what I remember, it was a pretty legit company. She was only $20 because of her bent tail (which has never been an issue at all). Like I said, no other behavioral changes, and if I put the food on her nose she will eat it (she doesn't really have a choice when that happens). Also, the time I fed her AFTER she had diarrhea she ate just fine, and the time after that. It's only within the last week she's been picky.

She's been known to refuse food until I give her treat food, which I don't want to do. Also, if this helps, the base of her tail is the same thickness of her neck.

I was just checking to see if she was new and if there's any chance that she has crypto (likely not, but no guarantee. My geckos have had crypto for nearly 9 years and the ones who are still alive are all asymptomatic, but that could change any time). I think diagnosing this is above my pay grade!

It doesn't look like crypto, shes not showing any of the other symptoms. She has no loss of energy, shes very energetic at night as usual. I'll feed her today and give updates.

She ate fine last night, I kinda had a suspicion I was overreacting but better safe than sorry. I'll keep her moderated, but all other behaviors are normal.

Glad things are going better, at least last night. It's winter (unless you're in the southern hemisphere) and they eat a lot less.

Exactly, our house temperature is a bit colder than usual and I think that's why shes eating less. Poo is very healthy though (she pooed right on the front pane of glass so... that was annoying but also helpful).

Got good and bad news: Good news is that Dusty is eating her new flavor of food, tropical fruit. I can tell she wants watermelon flavor but it isn't available right now. Bad news is that I bought her some canned silkworms (she didn't like them but I had other animals that would eat them) but they grew mold in a week because it didn't say anywhere to refrigerate them.
