Well my gecko no longer has one of his penis after survey by the vent area my vet said so I was wondering if it turns out his other one didn't survive next vet visit.. Will it be okay to get a female for the tank? I think he needs a partner to sleep with and stuff, just my mom doesn't want babies.

He doesn't.

And if he's having health problems, he should be housed alone. Alone is better anyway- but when ill or injured it becomes more a question of necessity than risk management.

It would compound his health issues to put another in with him. Don't do it.

I don't see the big deal, all that's wrong with him right now is he's healing from surgery, he doesn't open his right eye, and he won't eat. Other than that he's in perfect health it's not like he's got anything that would cause the other one to get sick.

I guess, but it just he seems lonely and bored all the time.. If I was a gecko I would want a friend.

Yeahhhhhhh, you should house him alone. I'd trust the majority

ok I guess, I don't know why would I would buy another one anyway because he's got so many health issues, and I'm running out of money spent over 250 dollars in vet visits so far, and we're going again next week and I'm expecting that to be a good 125 dollars.

I don't know he's got to many things wrong his eyes, vent, appetite, he had surgery. I can't tell what's causing them and the vet seems to be helping a little.

Jelly bean -what does a black pearl have to do with anything?? If your gecko has health issues there is an amount of stress that goes with bad health. To put another leo in would compound the problem IMO
