Thanks Jess. I've never seen one breathe quite so heavily, but I hope it will be fine. It's still in the same spot and still breathing. Hopefully she/he will be out soon (and will hopefully be a she this time).:)

It's okay, just try not to worry! We have had ones that have sat there for 30 minutes at times, just taking breathers.. sometimes they even fall asleep for a little bit :main_yes: The best thing that helped me was to find something to do that would require 30 minutes or so, to keep me from looking and worrying ;) I just do my best to check every thirty minutes (okay, sometimes just 15 or 20 haha) but before you know it, he will be completely out and ready to go into his home :D

I don't know if he's going to make it. He was stuck and I had to cut a little part of the egg for him to get out. He didn't eat any of the yolk at all. He's still breathing, but isn't moving much at all.:( I have him in a tub on moist paper towls with the cord and yolk still attatched. He's very small, too.:(

I tried wiping the superhatch off him and he took off running with everything attatched. Maybe he'll be ok. I hope he's a fighter. I've had a couple with the sack attatched, but the yolk was never full like this. His little belly looks really flat.:( I'm worried, but I'm just going to leave him alone and see what happens. I'll check on him later today unless there is something I should be doing to help.
