actually I haven't seen any roaches since my last post. I think they're all gone, cause no one else has seen them either...wierd. Maybe they went to the river.
I doubt they're all gone I had some lobsters escape when I kept them and even do its been a few months now I still seen a couple here and there. Considering you had hundreds escape I think your're have them them all ways unless its in the 50 or 60s in side your house in the winter or you fumigate your house. Even with low temps high 60s and 70s they might live and be doriment and breed again next spring but I'm not sure how cold they can handle.

Good news is that they will not breed as long as it is not hot and humid in your place and alot will die off before winter from lack of proper food and conditions... If there are any left by winter, the cold weather will surely kill off the remaining bunch... That is the beauty of keeping tropical roaches... No chance of infestation...

I could me wrong my IMO I think they can survive mildly cold temps if nothing ele I know they can survive the 70s cuase my have dipped into those temps. I know you have harse winters but they will all be int he comforts of your home which I'd think would be heated in the winter.

Tonya, if you find out where they're hiding, and don't have any loose reptiles in the house, you might want to try putting out a mouse/rat glue board. That's what I use to "collect" my escaped crickets. Works great!
