Hubby got creative a while back and has been building me an enclosure for leo's. He used a 20g long and used styrofoam, grout and sealer to create it.

But there is a downfall. There is a tunnel that runs from side to side behind the "rocks." Once it was heated up to the right temp my smallest patternless Marble was introduced to the tank. We've seen her three times since yesterday. But I guess I could take it as a compliment!

The pics are from before it was finished, the water areas been sealed with clear silicone since these pics were taken. The glass stones have also been removed just in case lol. With the screen top on the humidity of the tank on that side hasn't risen above 40% But my house is at 44% lol. There is a small pump that powers the tiny water fall.

so is it hard to get the gecko out of the cave? I was considering doing something like this, but its always in the back of my mind that it will be hard to get the animal out.
