So my girlfriend went and bought a Leo today.

I had originally purchased a female tremp that was being sold as a breeding pair as I already had a male and female.

When I purchased Luna I was told that they would give me a deal if I purchased the male as well, but I couldn't take him as I had nowhere to put him.

My girlfriend decided today to go back and purchase the male and another vivarium.

So now Luna and her mate (Gizmo) are together again.

The store was selling them as "pastel"......I don't understand

Hmmm I am not sure what morph they are, but they definitely do not look Pastel to me

They are Tremper Jungles...possibly with some RAPTOR or APTOR influence but as of now I would label them Tremper Jungles

*Tremper is a type of albino just in case you didn't know

I was thinking they were albino something lol

so we are figuring it is a tremper albino....or a jungle albino? I didn't think it could be both.

There are defiently Tremper jungle's Gizmo looks to have some raptor/aptor in him. Luna is kinda hard to tell from that pic.

A jungle is actually any leopard gecko whose patterns do not follow the traditional rules and must have either no tail rings or broken tail rings.
It doesn't have to be an albino, although it does seem that most are

That is one very nice pair, by the way. I love the story that goes with them as well, it's always nice to see a pair unseperated.

They seem to be much more tolerant of eachother than my other two were of Luna. They did not seem to like her from the second she joined them. Now she is safe, and presumably happy (as happy as non social creatures can be)

Adult geckos usually tend to fade out with age or after they're bred. Also stress and dehydration can cause them to be pale. They both look like Tremper Jungle Albinos to me. Hopefully you'll be able to get more weight on them and get them nice and chubby!

Well they have definitel both been through their fair share or stress. Notice on both Luna and Gizmo's feet that they have some brownish toes..........I was told yesterday when we got Gizmo that their toes got burnt because of the sand that had been in their vivs. The stupid people at the pet store have all their vivs right in front of a window so that the sun is beating down on them all day. No bloody wonder they got burnt. between the sun and the light and the heat lamp all producing heat that was being absorbed by the sand. Glad she is out of there now.

When will pet stores ever learn??? WHEN?!?! Great looking geckos, if i saw one that looked like that in any of the pet stores i go to i wouldnt have been able to pass it up. Youd think a pet store that had great looking geckos like that would be taking care of them.
