Congrats! Having a scale makes things a lot easier.

I have way too much fun with mine, my girlfriend yells at me when I shoot her with it. :main_laugh:

WHY do men like to do that? My boyfriend does the same thing with mine. It makes me nuts.

Why not? It's funny, and then it's even funnier when she gets all fired up about it. :D

And that is where a thermal image unit would come in handy :main_evilgrin:

I am not entirely sure because I do not know your geckos, but Alice could possibly be around 6-8 months old. My 5 month old is close to that weight now. My 9 month old leo was at 75 grams about 3 weeks ago, haven't weighed him since then.

Are the scales easy to use? How do you keep the leo on it or does it have a container scale? I really should buy one.

I use a gladware container, turn the scale on, place the container on the scale, tare it (resets displayed weight to zero), and then drop the gecko in the container.

How violent, lol.

I do the same, except my scale auto tares if anything is on the scale when it is turned on.

I use coins to check the scales accuracy too. My scale goes to the 10th of a gram so I just toss a coin on it and check to make sure that the scale is reading correctly, if it isn't I calibrate it.
