Grapefruit Peel?

Okay, so I know that pineapple skin and orange peel are good for worms (makes them tastier for the geckos), but what about grapefruit peel?

Grapefruits are a little different from oranges and I know they can have weird affects on some people even if they can eat oranges. (My father-in-law can't eat grapefruit as there's something in them that mess with his medication). Is this difference enough to have an adverse affect on superworms or, by extension, geckos?

Also, what other fruit can I gutload my supers with that would make them more appealing to my geckos?

Apple slices, while being an old standby, are always a good choice. I use whatever fruit I can find that is a little past the point where I would want to eat it, but is still recognizable. Strawberries that are a little over the hill work great.

Woo Strawberries.

I love strawberries but since it's usually me eating them, there's always a few that go bad. I usually compost them but I'll start giving them to my supers. Thanks!

I use carrot's a lot for my mealies and supers.

I started with carrots but they made the bedding mold really fast. And I'm not made of bedding, so replacing it every other day isn't feasible at the moment. (That being said, I do replace the bedding once a week.)

Really? Carrots are about the some of the only things I can use that WONT mold. Apples are really bad for it.. though Orange or Banana peels, I find, don't mold and my mealies love them
