I have not done it personally, but yes. Its basically the same as the other stripes.
I'm breeding two reverse stripes soon that in theory should "act het" for patternless stripe. So hopefully some of the offspring will be patternless stripe
i would like to see the results of that breeding Doug
i would also like to see the result of breeding banded "raptor" x banded "raptor" to see what they produce. asuming they cary both the stripe and reversed stripes traits (which they should if the reversed stripe acts as a het, like the stripe)
Mike Rekowski proved that the Banded or Jungle patterning is not always Dominant. So you can get offspring from a Banded or Jungle animal that is not Homozygous for it, and Vice Versa.
...So to answer your question, yes, it can be done. You can have Banded and Jungle Raptors that do have offspring that do not exhibit these patterns... real "Patternless" Raptors.
In this post you can see from what strange pairing I got Patternless Stripes - in fact from 7 hatchlings I got two Patternles Stripes: http://geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=47424
