Hey guys!

I got a leo hatchling from a friend about a week ago, she is an awesome little leo with loads of atitude, even though she is not even 2 weeks old yet! Still think I robbed him of it, as I swapped him for a mealworm colony. She has some interesting patterning and I know it is still early but I am curious to hear from you guys what I can expect as she grows up.

View from the top, note the striped tail and the incomplete banding on the back. My other hatchlings had solid bands

A view from the side, although the photo does not show it, she has a yellow line running down her side where the dark of her back and the light if her belly come together

Just another view from the top, she is so tiny!

So if anyone can help me about wether or not she is something different I would appreciate it!

Regards

Very cute! Since the body is banded but the tail is striped it would probably be considered an Aberrant. I would guess that the parents have some Patternless Stripe influence to cause that. It may end up looking like a normal with a striped tail or hypo out to a hypo with a striped tail.

Here's mine at about 6 months, also born with banded body and striped (in this case, reverse striped) tail:

That is a really sweet gecko. He looks to be just a normal with a stiped tail(technically aberrant or jungle),but he has lots of dark pigment on him. He'll probably end up just looking like a normal when he's mature, but still looking really cool right now!
