heat pad ??? is it to hot

i got a heat pad today and with the light off its about 90 deg heres a pic is this to hot

90 is a great temp leave the light off you dont need it.

You should (in the future post this under "Leopard Geckos" and "General Care and Husbandry")
The hot side should be 88-94, this is fine.

If you want light for viewing, then pick up a florescent so it won't make the tank any hotter. The surface temp is perfect.
