So my gecko has what appears to be those calcium sacs under one armpit. He never had a lump under his armpit before but I moved to a different city and I had to change his feeding schedule from once every other day to him missing four days of feeding since I was out of town and my roommate refused to feed him... so for three days straight I would feed him crickets in calcium and then he got that lump. Read up about it, figured out it was nothing to worry about and to just stop giving him calcium but its been like three weeks and he still has it. Given I did dust his crickets once or twice out of habit but not nearly as much as before. Im worried about him. Now I think he has another prolapsed hemipene so I cleaned his cage so it wouldnt get infected and hoping it goes away... but I'm just worried about him. Do I just not feed him calcium at all till it goes away?

I'm also trying this new cricket food.. its in orange cubes. Wondering if that is sufficient for gut loading or if I should use real stuff like spinach

The orange cubes are probably not sufficient for gut loading. You can check the ingredients, but I'd guess they are mostly water and dye. I use powdered grain. Many people buy chicken feed and use that. Veggies are good as well.
I don't think there's a big problem with the calcium sacs. If you dust with calcium and vitamin D3 1 or 2 times a week that should work out fine.

Yeah chicken feed I never even thought of that. That's a great idea, thanks! It sounds silly but I like gutload food that I don't have to remove because of mold because I hate crickets. I feed them to him since mealworms I find constipates him and makes him have prolapses pushing too hard but man do I hate crickets haha

Yeah crickets are a pain. Same with mealies. I love dubia roaches though
