Hello everyone

I'm mostly a corn snake guy, but just recently the headmaster of my school, and my step dad's boss (my step dad is a math teacher) asked me to take care of his daughters leopard gecko. I guess my reputation as the reptile person at the school has reached new heights! Well without even doing much research I could tell this little guy needed better care. Both my parents and I are very particular about the care our animals get, so we figured we'd return the gecko quite a lot happier than we got him.

That said I'll most likely lurk for the next few weeks and get an idea of exactly what I need to do for the little guy, but once Hank, the gecko, has gone I don't have any plans to get a leopard gecko of my own, although I would love one. We have all already fallen in love with this guy. I just don't think another animal in the house would go over well with my mom, no matter how much she likes him!

I might be posting asking for some advice later on, but for now, just saying hi! :)

P.S. I know on the corn snake forums at least, pictures are a must! So I'll see what I can do!

thank you all! Hank now has a new moist hide and two new dry ones as well as a heat pad which I'm sure he will be very excited about. They had given him a human heat pad (fire danger anybody??) and only turned it on occasionally on the low setting.

At this point we can't really get much more for him. Considering how my basement looks saying I've got some extra hides and a uth sitting around is rather easy to believe, but we don't want to push it.
