Hi,

Brand new to the forums. Just wanted to see what people are keeping and why. I've been keeping reptiles for 20 years and have had just about everything, right now mostly just some colubrids which I may be getting out of even though I love snakes I feel my interest drifting more back to my first love, lizards. Plus I've never been big on rodents, even frozen/thawed are still gross to me. I hope having snakes the last few years has not made me lazy, as the lizards do require more work typically...lol.

Welcome to GF. As you'll see, the site is heavy on leopard geckos, but there's quite a variety of other stuff as well. I started with leopard geckos and they are still my first love. I really like the variety of outcomes with breeding (much greater than with the other 3 species I breed: AFT's, Coleonyx and gargoyles). I keep a variety of geckos and one bearded dragon, dictated by what looks interesting to me and how much space I have. As of tonight, the resident population is 45 but may double by the middle of baby season.
