Help deciding new logo please.

Well, i suddenly decided i dont like my site much lol. So im thinking of going for a re design. so i just made a few quick new logo's, though i actually uite lik them so can i just get the opinions of what one you think works best out of all these.
I know theyre pretty similar lol sorry.
Oh and obviously they wont have the big blank abyss underneath.

the 6th one doesnt have that big white square, i will be getting rid of that, gonna try and do that later and change the pic on here.

oh and any constructive criticism would be useful too, but not nasty criticism lol.

I like 1 and 5

First off - I like the composition of 2 and 5. They're compact but don't seem crowded. I like the blue leo's facial expression, too.

Second - just a note, "leos" as a plural doesn't need an apostrophe.

Third - what programs are you using to create your logos? Is there any way you could convert the existing images to vector with a free program like Inkscape, so they can be scaled up or down without changing the quality? I don't really know much about making logos, but I know it can be annoyingly hard to manipulate images made in Paint, GIMP, etc. once you've saved a finished product.

And i just used powerpoint lol. Basically took a picture, black and whited it. then made some word art to go in then grouped the two things together. nothing proffesional lol.
I think it stays the same resolution because the photos i used were good quality also the fact that it is word art, means when resizing it in poweroint then it stays a good resolution then saved it as a really big pic, si when making it smaller it only gets more clearer and sharper really. if you get what i mean lol.
So yeah nothing fancy lol.

Just out of interest, what do people think are the worst? ... it wont offend me but just so that i can get some eliminated and out of the choice. cheers

My least favorites would be 2 and 3, simply because I can't really read the words in 2 and they sort of break up or obstruct the image in 3. The text covers the image a little in 4 as well, but it's not quite as distracting to me.

I like 5 because of the detail and color, and the cool font.

there arent words in 2 lol. But in 3 i know what you mean, i might try and edit it to make the words a bit more bolder and not broken up as much.
